Updates to Online Booking
New Online Booking System
We have a new Online Booking System hosted by Zota. Please be patient with us as we work through the transition and learn the new system and process.
Key Features:
- You will get a Confirmation SMS for the appointment.
- You can Confirm or Cancel the appointment.
- You can Request for a specific Technician.
- You can Add Notes to the appointment, so we can see the notes.
Please Note: If you have an upcoming appointment with us, you may receive a Confirmation SMS on your mobile phone as we enter the appointments from our physical Appointment Book into the new Online Booking System. Please kindly "Confirm" or "Cancel" the appointment when you receive the SMS.

Guidelines & Instructions
Guidelines
1. You can book an appointment online for any nail and waxing services.
2. Please allow up to 24-hour for appointment confirmation.
3. For same-day or next day appointments, please call the salon at 919-446-6058. Online appointments must be booked 48 hours in advance.
4. If a time slot is not available online, please call the salon and we will try to accommodate.
5. To request a specific technician, please indicate the technician's name. We will try our best to accommodate.
6. For group or event booking, please call the salon directly at 919-446-6058.
Instructions
Click on the "Book Now" button to start the Online Booking process.
Step 1: Select the appropriate menu for a list of services (i.e. Mani & Pedi, Full Set & Fill In, Waxing).
Step 2: Select the service(s) you want to book. You can add multiple services as needed.
Step 3: Select the technician's name if you want to request a specific technician or "Any Available" option. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
Step 4: Select the available date and start time (at least 48 hours from current date/time).
Step 5: Enter your information (phone number, first name and last name).
Step 6: You will get a Confirmation SMS sent to your mobile phone. You can view the appointment, and confirm or cancel the appointment.
Please Note: Even though same day and next day time slots may be available online, we do not offer same day or next day online appointments. Please call the salon directly at 919-446-6058 to book same day or next day appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
